Hotel was clean and had all the amenities. Buffet breakfast was great. Hotel manager and staff were very helpful and kind. Great service. Close to bombay central station. Will definitely visit again if I go back to Mumbai.

Its a average hotel for a good price,nice locations nearby.will stay again there if am desperate and cant find a hotel on last minute. Staff are ok and helpfull to a extent. I wouldnt reccomend it for a family,but for a good low budget mumbai hotel Balwas international is ideal.

Balwas international rather should be called as "BAKWAS INTERNATIONAL" . no travel desk assitance bad staff mannerless staff. better not to stay in balwas international. poor reception handling make sure about the time when they provide complimentry breakfast they are terrible in that case.
