I stayed 8 nights during April 2012 in a Club Room at 4th Floor, Hotel Staff are very professional, helpfull, polite at all times. I traveled for business and they made me feel at home away from home. Highly recommendable, I am a lady solo traveler ,therefore ladies here you have a safe option in Mumbai. More

I visited this hotel for first time in 2002 for a personal trip with my family (my husband and one year old son) and liked it very much. This time I went alone on a business trip and was happy with the overall experience. Check in was very fast and front desk staff was helpful even though I checked in... More

the best part of the hotel is that it is near the airport and close to local train station. It’s a old hotel, and quite decent. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with basic amenities given, and food is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a free airport drop service too. its priced reasonably and has good shopping areas... More

I already wrote a critic about this hotel but I like to do it again as I'm always surprised to read bad critics about this hotel as myself I didn't experience anything of this. I was about to try another hotel (more expensive than this one: the gordon suites) but they refused to make a reservation as I didn't send... More

Was on the way to Kandla, stayed here overnight, twice. They offer airport drop and pickup shuttle, just 15 minutes from airport. Rooms are neat cant be compared with other luxury hotel. Expect a value for money, given the proximity to the airport. Enjoy a brief breakfast in their restaurant in ground floor. Dinner, in the same restaurant you can... More

I have to agree with the previous review, hotel staff demand money at every possible occasion although they have a job and salary from hotel. This is a very bad attitude. There was no water coming in bathroom at times and the hotel breakfast is terrible. They use juice that is diluted with water instead of fresh juice. Be vary... More

we stayed at parle international for 1 and half days before returning home. The rooms are badly lit and we had constant problems with no water in bathroom. they charge extortionate money for internet and other facilities. The biggest problem is the duty manager, he is a liar and a thief. we agreed 2 rooms @ 4300 rupees each and... More
