We had booked for only 1 night, but was so pleased with the hotel and staff, we stayed an extra night. Our room was very clean, spotless and equipped with all modern facilities. We arrived late in the evening after a long flight in to Mumbai, the checking in was less than 5 minutes, and than we were showen our... More

We stayed at Residency Hotel Andheri for one night. Thought it was the wrong hotel at first as looked very smart, with doorman, marble reception area etc. We were given a room upgrade on arrival and had a very nice comfortable room. Breakfast was included in the price and was good. We had a few meals in the hotel and... More

We stayed at the Residency for 2 nights during a short stay in Bombay (I hate calling it Mumbai!). The room was clean, surprisingly well equipped and cozy. The staff were very helpful, especially those at the front desk. The only negative within the hotel was the breakfast offered downstairs - they weren't really equipped for non-Indian fare. Once you... More

We stayed for one night and were very impressed by this hotel. They picked us up and the hotel was better than we had expected. Very nice rooms, recently done up, a good size with big windows and all the extras like large plasma TV, lovely bathroom etc. Staff were very helpful, arranging for our luggage to be stored at... We stayed here just one night before leaving Mumbai, as we had an early flight the following morning and the hotel is in relative proximity of the airport. We chose the Regency Hotel as it seemed to offer a rather high standard at a price well below that of the better known interntional hotels in the area. However, in retrospect... More

Upon arrival I was automatically upgraded to a club room. The staff were very pleasant although sometime a bit invading especially when dining. My stay in Mumbai was made very easy as they organized cars to take me around for the day. While cheap, the food is very good. As a foreigner I had to specify without too much oil... More

we stayed here on our way to Goa. We arrived in Mumbai in the early morning hours and were welcomed by the driver that we arranged to pick us up through the hotel. When we arrived we were checked in very quick. The staff is helpful but at times it feels like they don't have enough experience or training in... More

Not far from the airport, but I strongly recommend to use pick-up service of the hotel - it is cheaper than an airport taxi, and a driver will know the way. The bathroom was a bit not in order, but it is normal for Indian hotels. More

Lovely hotel mid way between international and domestic airports. Very clean and reasonable price. We had to ask for extra towels but they came very quickly. The breakfast was OK. Would defiantly stay at this hotel again if in Mumbai for a few days. More

We stayed at the Presidency Hotel as a stop over en route to Goa. Arriving, very tired, at midnight, we were extremely pleased to be met by the 2 male reception staff who were friendly, and extremely helpful, above and beyond the call of duty(they cut the lock off my suitcase when the key didn't work). We were upgraded on... More
