The hotel is awesome, the ambience of the room was exactly as shown in pictures, nice minibar inside the room with refreshments. washrooms are very clean and Housekeeping is done on daily basis. Staff is Very Courteous and helpful. Keep it up! The Royal CM.

this hotel was awesome, the ambience of the room was as shown in pictures, nice minibar inside the room with refreshments. washrooms were a little small but were clean. the wardrobe had a broken glass which was a dissapointment but then it was something that we lived with.

It was the worst hotel I have seen though they promised pick up, they never turned up even after calling them at 9 PM at night when they were pre informed about this.After calling Cleartrip customer care they finally came for pickup at 10:30PM. On Reaching hotel , the rooms were good but big let down due to poor service.

The moment we entered the Hotel Lobby -Occupants were shouting on Lobby manager for not providing hot water in such cold weather -which unfortunately came true as after some time instead of hot water tap gave only cold water.
