We had an overnight stay at the hotel and it has been a memorable experience. The place is so close to the city yet so quiet and peaceful. The staff is quite courteous and responsive. The ambience is soothing. It is a place worth revisiting.

We stayed 3 nights at the beautiiful Raj Palace hotel just outside the pink city. The hotel is not very big but very spacious Everything there is fantastic, the breakfast, the service, the restaurant the gardens, the courtyards and the wonderful rooms. I look very much forward to going back. We enjoyed the food in the beautiful restaurant. Lena Lüttichau

I went to this hotel with my wife and 3 year old kid. All the heritage rooms and other category of rooms are done up in a different style with a blend of heritage and King's era being portrayed. Even the lowest category of room (heritage) are spacious and provide all the luxury for comfort living. The rooms of the... More

The Raj Palace is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are very kind and attentive. The rooms and gardens are large and opulent. I was very happy to stay there and enjoyed the peace and quite removed from the city. The food in the main restaurant was delicious, but there could be more variety. Coffee and tea facilities in... Reasonably priced room rates for a well located hotel. We enjoyed our stay here. You can walk into the central area of Jaipur very easily and there's good restaurants handy. The breakfast was good, it had the widest selection of foods we encountered over 10 nights and four hotels in India....

When driving up to The Raj Palace it felt like living old colonial experience and leaving behind bustling times and misery. The grandeur of entrance doors were opened by a colorful Sikh, I was captured by the quiet and peace when stepping inside. The Raj Palace is Jaipur's oldest and first Palace is nearly 300 years old, it is owned... More

The grounds and courtyards of the Raj Palace are really spectacular. The pool, surrounded by columns and mirrors, is one of the most beautiful I have seen. And some of the rooms (we asked if we could see some of the more historic rooms before we checked out) are quite gorgeous. But the hotel misses on being a 5 star... More

This hotel is actually a palace that was converted to a hotel fairly recently. We loved it! It is a palace and so therefore has all kinds of courtyards, hallways and room shapes/configurations - just what you would expect from older construcution of a non-commercial property. This is what makes it so charming!! If you, however, are looking for a... More

Located within a short walk of the "pink city" staying at this grand old palace gives you a glimpse into what India was 100 years ago. Great service, uniquely appointed rooms, impeccable grounds, small but beautiful pool. This is not your typical "cookie cutter" hotel but rather gives you a feel of the real India. I particularly enjoyed the peace... More

A very nice hotel, in this "old palace" very well located in Jaipur where we stayed for 2 nights. We arrived late in the day and the reception staff was not very experienced unfortunately so our very first impression was not 100% positive.
