I would never recommend this hotel. The location is the only possitive thing. The hotel was not clean, durty towels, cleans, dusty closet,... To reach the room we had to walk over electric cables, dangerous! Breakfast was also disgusting: some indian dishes were offered but all of them were cold, also only coffee was available... No, never go there.

We stayed in the hotel for a night with family. The lift was not working. room was not ready inspite of advance booking. Linen was dirty. Toilet stinking. Food bad. OVERALL A WORST EXPERIENCE. AVOID THIS HOTEL ON ALL COUNTS.

Service was excellent. Room was very nice to saty in. Location was very close to the Koyambedu bustand and I used KSRTC Volvo bus so very close for me to travel to and fro. Terrible maintenance - smelly rooms, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, TV not working Terrible service - room service is slow, house keeping does not answer phone, receptionist does not have basic courtesy to talk to guests At 1300 per night for a double room, this place is a rip off. Avoid it at all cost.
