Real value for money, Rooms were clean, Comfortable sleep, Service was good... Only thing we have to adjust is the location were the sorundings were not so good... Other that this it is a decent place to stay...

It was a very nice and pleasant stay at Samudra Residency. To find such a nice hotel at such important location i. e chennai central is a very important thing. The manners of service boys and cleanness were also very good. Most important thing, Marina beach is 2 KMs from here. Overall very good experience. Also thanks to cleartrip!

Very small room, number of muskito's in night, no cleaning service until we ask, need to pay for water as well, no food facility on hotel or next to hotel For solo it can adjust as per the rate or else no use to take this

it was a good experience to stay in that hotel. everything is good but if anybody book a non a/c deluxe room for 3 person accommodation then the third person have to manage. other wise area in which it is is messy....

Booked it with booking.com, stayed here for three nights. i stay here from 11th jan to 14th jan 13, very nice exp. it is budget nice hotel, service is also good ! this hotel is near Chennai Central Railway Station, just a walkable distance, if u don't have much luggage; otherwise hired a auto through pre-paid booth, it's only Rs. 40/-
