I stayed there overnight during a business trip to Chennai. The employees were friendly and the complementary breakfast was good. Rooms were very clean. I would be staying in this place during any future business trips to Chennai.

We spent 1 night at the Lotus Serviced Apartment on Burkit Road. We checked in very early in the day as our flight landed in Chennai Airport at 4am. It was not a problem. The room was clean but not smelling really nice and there was no hot water. Friendly staff.

Stayed there for 3 days with family. I have chosen this hotel which was suggested by a friend of mine. As I had to do shopping and visit an Institution within close proximity I had gone for this hotel. People were friendly. Decent breakfast. Good room service. I would suggest this hotel if you are a family/business traveller.

This is an ok budget long term stay hotel for business purpose. I stayed on and off for many months at various times. They serve buffet breakfast but nothing great and not so clean too.
