Turns out to be your worst nightmare to expect a good room here! Looks like a haunted house from the inside. I had to change from a standard room to deluxe just to tone down the stink. Only one word for this place "AVOID" it.

Reception is Good. B'fast OK. Drop to Airport if u r in an a/c room - is convenient. Poor furnitures & fittings, short sized curtain & poor upholstery, TV- xtremely out of date & poor. Arter being bitten all over my back and arms I discovered several bedbugs in our room. The staff transfered us to a new room. There where bedbugs in that room too. We decided to abandon this awfull hotel and asked for our money back. They didn't want to give us the money and tried to make us take another room.... More

An average hotel. But very close to Chennai Air port. Good Service for Air port transfer inclusive in the tariff. Average rooms, AC, poor room service. It is best for one night stay if you are making night halt at Chennai as an intermideate station for flight changes.

never choose this hotel. horrible dirty rooms,unclean linen and they charges like 3 star, i vocated the room in 3hr, most of time no power, room service is very bad,. avoid this and stay another place

... it really was a horrible experience. Dirty rooms, unclean linen. They didn't come pick us up from the airport as promised, so we had to pay the 200 for the cab that wasn't worth it. Staff were very unhelpful. Pay the bit extra for a better place!

Never Opt for this hotel. Had a very bad experience. There is no hot water in the wash rooms, very poor maintenance. The restaurant serves cold buffet breakfast.
