We had a stay on january for 4 days those who are in reception are very very rude.Service was delayed and food was not good . Lady duty manager doesnot attend guest issues promptly. the essence of hospitality is ruined in pride Hotel.

Good hotel for a business traveller or in transit for one day. Professional service by front desk and duty manager. Rooms good but could be better , didnt like the lighting and the carpeted floor of the room. Otherwise a decent stay at the hotel only one day.

Only a one night stay but what a pleasant and Quiet spot! THE highlight was the wait staff and chefs in both the main floor restaurant and the roof top Dhaba. Delicious food, friendly and attentive staff and fun to be able to use my childhood Hindi! The room and bathroom were perfect, albeit almost too cool at night.
