The hotel is very well connected. The room size is small but provides all the basic facilities. The toilet is of very small size and make movement quite difficult. The mineral water provided in the room is expensive. The restaurant provides varity of menu but food is quite spicy. The lights in the corridors are normally kept off and causes... More

My husband and I wanted to try this hotel out before making any decisions on staying there for a long term occupancy. We live here in Chennai and my husbands contract finishes with maybe an extension. I looked at several of the rooms which were very tired and needed updating. The corridors the the rooms were very daunting and dark.... More

The rooms are well laid out, inexpensive and smart use of wood and glass, bathroom is small but adequate, most important..its clean. The room service (tried on 2 occasions)was prompt, cooling was nice. I took a room on 8th floor so the view from the room was good.I ordered Biryani for dinner which i wanted served in the room(no extra... More

If you have an Hospital Phobia then this is not the hotel for you. Part of the building where this hotel is, is a hospital. That is not all, you walk left or right of the hotel there are just HOSPITALS....I am sure a traveler will never run out of BEDS on this road...no pun intended. About the hotel...rooms are... More

Good hotel for a business traveller or in transit for one day. Professional service by front desk and duty manager. Rooms good but could be better , didnt like the lighting and the carpeted floor of the room. Otherwise a decent stay at the hotel only one day.

I have stayed at a couple of the Pride Hotel properties, but the Pride Hotel in Chennai is much below par compared to the other hotels in the Chain. The starting experience itself, at the reception counter was not impressive. The attendants had no clue where the documents related to the booking were kept, no courtesy to ask the guest... More

Only a one night stay but what a pleasant and Quiet spot! THE highlight was the wait staff and chefs in both the main floor restaurant and the roof top Dhaba. Delicious food, friendly and attentive staff and fun to be able to use my childhood Hindi! The room and bathroom were perfect, albeit almost too cool at night.
