very bad experience with the facility...staff is coperative...but hotel lacks the basic facility...please dont visit unless it is last option.. we have faced severe problem with the rooms..have changed our rooms thrice..just imagine how terrible it was.. charges are too high as compared to the class

This was my very first hotel in India and I was absolutely disappointed. Very dirty rooms, no hot water and towels, needs to ask for every single thing. The air conditioner was very old and noisy, breakfast -poor quality and poor choice. The only one good thing about this hotel is the location.

Despite 4 emails the transfer I had ordered did not turn up at the airport. No apology given. Room very basic but clean enough and had a/c. Not that close to airport and area not great. Breakfast OK if you like curry. Not somewhere I would choose to stay again.
