Good restaurant (fast service, nice food), great view, average rooms. The manager is terrible! I gave them my trust, but all services where overpriced, and not a small amount! we hire a car through hotel later we found out it was expensive.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

stay away, stay far far away. if dirt, mold, grime, roaches, and left over soiled underwear are your thing...go for it. i do believe however, even if on the tightest budget, one can find a better place. the streets, after a rainstorm, look better than this place.
