we mr and mrs puraniks from goa, stayed here in march.this hotel attracts us for the paintings,for the delicious food. and different style of tibetain. the owner of the hotel stays here and both couple are very nice. the hotel is well maintained. and near to every spot. and middle in the market.

Clean, good food, good service. The owners run a gift shop in the hotel lobby and the prices are better than in the shops outside since the prices are fair and there's no need to do any bargaining. The staff also helpful and friendly. Location right in town. The interior is very colorful in Tibetan style.

This hotel is very beautiful and colorful with tibetan colors. It has very friendly and polite staff. I spent 8 nights there and it felt just like home; very peaceful. They had charming colorful restaurant and very good food. I highly recommend visiting this hotel and i hope I can spend more nights there in the future.

In the four month journey in India was this the best hotel we visited. Nice staf and management, verry helpfull and clean rooms. Our staying there gives us the feeling to be there friends. We coming back next year.

As soon we entered in the hotel there was too much rush(due to few groups arrived at the same time). but the management staff managed us well we were transported to our room despite of too much rush. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and were overwelmed by the warmth and hospitallty of the owners and staff. The room was a bit cold but we were provided with hot water bottles.The restaurant was very good with a wide range of dishes, although they allowed smoking, alcohol was served. We would definitely return to this hotel.

This is one hotel I would like to check in every time I visit Darjeeling. Location, Rooms, Facilites, Room Service, Food, Hygiene, Staff behavior is just Bulls eye. Stayed for 3N/4D.
