The town is very clumsy....too much traffic and dust everywhere...there is no water ....so some hotels even charge water charges separately....hotels are overpriced for no basic amenities... This hotel considers itself as some 2.5/3 star, rooms are very average....to the worst no car parking...bad/no room service..no water in pipes(they keep a drum of water for 2-3 ppl)...

Darjeeling is very dirty town but still this town is worth visiting and City tour is advisable.
