We had booked this hotel for 13 nights..The service provided by them was very cheap, however the food served was ok..not that much as expected...Every time we had to tell the hotel staff to clean the rooms..I would suggest not to book this hotel if your travelling with your family..

Very small rooms n suffocating environment. Dirty linen n non-functional AC's. The price is higher than usual. It is no value for the price. Although centrally placed the service is poor. even getting a cup of tea in the room is possible. Rooms are old n bed linen dirty. Not recommended.

Service was a bit poor,,could improve a lot! While checking in behaviour was good bt dont kno wat happnd wen at th time of check out,i complained bout their service,,it was a little weird from th reception,,bt the room r quite spacious in tat range,,overall the hotel is a 50-50 choice

Th hotel is located well , very happening place. The rooms are old style and not big. The room srvice is good . After dinner one can walk to nearby Balwant restruants for sweet and cup of tea. Near by Jaggu market is famous for traditional stuff at cheaper rate. Over all a good stay. Right value for money.

if you are travelling with family or even alone do not expect any kind of hospitality from this hotel. they have out sourced their kitchen and room service is pathetic. managment is least bothered and reception people are not helpful either. they even charge for hot water to drink .
