“Disgusting! Dirty room, rude manager, BUGS ON THE PILLOW!”

We checked in very late and had prepaid the room (note to self, NEVER prepay a room again!), so we stayed in SPITE OF the fact that we had to check in through a bulletproof plexiglass window.
