source : http://melaka.shahsresorts.com/accommodation Accommodation In Malacca The accommodation of Shah’s Beach Resort Melaka comprises of 50 beautifully kept traditional wooden chalets.(untrue) Polished wooden floors,(untrue) (broken & not working) shutters over the windows, open air verandah to sit and enjoy the sunset and fresh breeze coming from the sea, it all evokes nostalgia of the time gone by.(as it is...taken back... The rooms were just too bad that we wanted to check out the moment we got in. They initially changed two rooms and after that we just gave up. Location is good, just by the seaside but the rooms need major overhaul! More

For RM 20 the breakfast they serve was terrible, at night we were attacked by mosquito's and lizard doping were every where including on the bed . The beach was pretty decent for Malacca, beach chairs were good. No beach activity or pub, there is a BBQ area but mosquito will lift you up once the sun goes down. Nice... More

Just got back from Sbh today. We have 4 chalets for ourselves. All rooms are connected to each other , which make it easier for the 16 of us. One special thing the chalet has a back door that make it easier to access to ur car as u can park directly behind in. Easier for luggages. Nice village view,... More

Since all hotels in Jonker Street, the city centre and Melaka Raya were fully-booked for family room, we were more than happy to have found out that there's a room for us at Shah's Beach Resort in Tanjung Kling, some 15mins away by car from the places of attractions in Malacca town. We were informed over the phone that the... More

We booked 4 rooms for a night's stay at SBResort with the extended family. We loved it the minute we set foot in that place.. the attap roofed wooden chalets which had lovely little verandahs facing the well-manicured & landscaped gardens, or the pool. The many coconut trees provided shade. The rooms were quite clean, but what was really disappointing... More

My family and I went to the resort last weekend. When I first reached the place, i fell in love with the atmosphere, the design of the chalet and the beautiful beach. The toilet was clean but the jet shower was not working fully. But it was okay. But, the bed linen was not very clean and the mini fridge... More

This is not only a beach resort, but it also has it's own heritage centre and private library. The place is really quiet and relaxing. The rooms are nice, and the furnished with traditional Malay pieces. More
