Very nice hotel for the Mobile, Al area. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was a bit more dusty than I would like and the wireless seemed slow however the Mobile Bay view from the 27th floor was awesome. “Great Hotel Rude Customer Service”

Great Hotel Rude Customer Service: Beautiful Hotel, the rooms were very clean. The view from my room was gorgeous. But there was a very rude customer service women. Her English was poor and attitude was very negative. The morning breakfast was wonderful too!

“Mardi Gras Home”

Central Downtown location for Mardi Gras, GoDaddy Bowl, and Senior Bowl Activities. Private paid parking Garage. Also has valet parking. Walkover connection to the Mobile Convention Center and waterfront. Downtown area eateries all within walking distance. Beds extremely comfortable.

“Beautiful View of the Bay”

We had a room on the 12th floor that looked directly over Mobile Bay. The room was very nice and all the personnel from Valet Parking to front desk, especially Laura, was friendly and helpful. Great Stay.

The Renaissance Riverview is connected to the convention center by a skybridge, close to the cruise port and only a few blocks from the the main drag, Dauphin St. The rooms are nice size with a desk, lots of electrical outlet access, large flat screen TV, large closet and complimentary robes. You get all the amenities you would expect at an upper-tier hotel. I have now stayed here twice and the rooms are impecible and have everything you would want including coffee, fridge and nicely appointed bathroom.
