Quite a disappointment. It took 3 room trials to find one where the air-conditioning worked. Bathroom have no toiletry amenities. Rooms have no booklet with hotel information, etc. Towels are thin and scratchy. A raised bathroom counter shelf extends OVER the sink faucets – what an awful design!
