All the staff was very nice and very professional. The rooms are well maintained, clean, and very up to date looking. Yvonne the front desk clerk is especially nice. Of I ever need to come back to Columbus, ga I will be staying here :)

If you are traveling to the Columbus, GA/Phenix City, AL area I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Phenix City. It was much more convenient staying right off of Hwy. 280 rather than going on into Columbus and across town to most of the hotels and restaurants.

We arrived too tired to continue driving. When we walked in, the clerk, Whitney Brown, took immediate pity on us. She fixed us up in a double room and even provided bottles of cold water and a few snacks. She fetched the luggage cart for us and treated us so kindly and we felt so very cared for.
