recently stayed at this quality inn , in phenix city where they had a number of softball tems in town and other guest . upon check in they were pretty busy and the young lady at the front desk went entirely out of way to make sure that all guess were took care of..with all the guest in the lobby... More

service was worst ever, breakfast never on time, no one answers the phone, rates too high for quality of room which was poor, noise problems, drug and prostitution deals all thru the night, never again More

The staff was so friendly and helpful...They had customer service down! The breakfast was awesome and had something for all of us! That means alot when you are traveling with two teenage boys! We enjoyed all the front office people and Wanda who made our breakfast was so nice!!! More
