One of the cheapest hotels i've found in shanghai, the room we had was fine in its interiors, but was facing some really loud external units. impossible to open the window.
The hotel isn't extremely clean, but acceptable. The breakfast is one of the worst i've ever seen in a hotel, you will skip it after the first try.
