It is a magical experience from the moment you step on the property. I have been visiting China for almost 20 years, and it is the BEST experience I have ever had. Service, food, room, etc. are top notch.

Just checking out of the hotel after three wonderful days in Shanghai. The hotel delivered on the wow-factor from the start with superb service and friendly staff. Great room and the best bed ever. Avoid the hotel restaurants which are way over-priced and empty. However, the Long Bar had great ambiance and is a must-visit.
