Was ok about 8 years ago, not anymore. Staff does not speak very good English, even if your translator speaks to them in Chinese they pretend to act stupid. Breakfast typical Chinese, coffee drinkable. Hotel has become dingy.

Stayed for two nights with the family we just enjoyed the view of the city from our room . Other things were just fine and the breakfast was the worst part- if u aren't used to Chinese food-!!It has a good location though and nothing was wrong with the room or toilet maybe we were just lucky,,

Stayed here for two nights in late August. Accomodation is certainly cheap - around GBP40.00 a night and the location is a ten minute walk from the Shanghai Museum / Peoples Park. It is also very convenient for the Metro and is about 15 mins away from the Xiantiendi eating / drinking / shopping area. I do not speak Mandarin.... More

Thought This hotel was very very average. a little dirty. Staff a little remote. Breakfast wasnt too bad but all in all there are much better hotels in Shanghai than this for the price. A very unremarkable hotel.
