I stayed here 13th through 16th April 2012 on the 10th Floor overlooking the East Nanjing St. . We had 2 bedrooms plus one living room plus one full bathroom at a very reasonable cost. We were 2 parents and one adult child and found the space very adequate and comfortable. The provided toothbrushes and toothpaste were very welcome. Even... More

Cannot get a better location in a reasonably clean, inexpensive hotel. More

Location is at Nanjing Road. 5 minutes from subway station. Easy to get taxi. The room is really clean. The only problem that I had was, mattress was so hard, but they gave you 2 pillows. More

I will definitely stay with them again. The location is superb. Right on Nanjing East Rd , famous street and shopping. Foods and stores all around. You can just take a taxi to Shanghai Stadium to catch a bus to Zhouzhuang or Tong Li or Suzhou area. Food there are nice to me and price isnt bad at all. 15minutes... More

The location is great, as already stated, but that's about it... The staff barely speak any English (it's not about the knowledge itself rather than the attitude towards it...). The rooms are small, the furniture is stained/damaged everything is crammed. The carpets are dirty indeed, but the toilet was even more so (urine drops on the toilet seat)... However, nothing... Room (suite) was shabby with grimy carpet and tired furniture. Kind of depressing. Also the suite had a very strange, disjointed configuration. Staff were OK. Wouldn't recommend unless being in the middle-of-it is everything. Super cheap though. More

Great location, good value for money and above all - GREAT staff especially the bell boy who went beyond the call of duty for us. We had trouble getting a cab at peak hour and to cut a long story short, he was just amazing............................staff at the hotel may not speak a lot of English but their attention and quality... Great location and value if you want to be right on Naijing Street in Shanghai. The room itself is very dirty. The carpet must be 20 years old and grimy. Beds are like hard plywood actually more like plywood with springs sticking out. My suggestion is to find something near the street that has better rooms. More

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of March 2011 in Room 802. As I understand, it is 1 of 3 rooms that have been recently re-modelled. Bright, clean, spacious and an all around nice suite to spend a weekend at! For $56.00 CAN for a small 1 bedroom suite, you cannot go wrong. The big sell is that... More
