The design of the hotel is a mess to get to the pool you have to go down on up to three different lifts same for reaching the ground floor the layout is very confusing, ditto the signage in the spa and health club...

Stayed for two weeks (business asignment) enjoyed every minute of it! Will come back for work or pleasure certainly a 5 stars hotel with plenty of amenities and top notch service! Go to the bar on the top floors and enjoy the various restaurants in the hotel they are superb!

Good location right in the center of People's Square. Easy walk to Nanijng Street,the Bund and the Shanghai Museum.
The hotel is buzzing with a lots of action, both business people and tour groups.

This is a great hotel in Shanghai with excellence in looking after the client first. The General Manager made us feel at home and his staff in the executive lounge are 1st class.
