The biz center has been closed since January and wifi is only available in the lobby for a hefty fee (no prompt lets you know there is a fee). The room and dining are good and the service is generally great. When it was not great there was a supervisor ready to make it great right away.

I stay here because of the price and it is so underrated. Only about $3.00 to pop down to the Bund. Get a hotel near the Bund and the price is double. I have even walked to the Bund before including the Glamour Bar and Bar Rouge.
I love the breakfast and it's served on the 49th floor. Amazing views...

I asked for a non-smoking room and given a smoking room need to switch - room is huge but not clean- bathroom smelled wierd and little bugs flying around disgusting.
