Great hotel, great location, great staff. The staff speaks good english, they are very helpful. They helped us book all of our activities on our trip. Roberto, Jonathan, and Nelson were all very great with us. The hotel rooms are very clean and have great views of the volcano! Would recommend this hotel!!
