1. Broken room fan above beds broken. Someone sent to fix. Came promised to be right back and never returned.
2. Air conditioner 20 or more years older. It was on 24/7 never cycled always on or had to be physically unplugged. Froze at night. Air shutter broken so it blew right on bed equals sickness.

We stayed here one night in early February enroute to Playa Carrillo. Very pleasant grounds with pool and restaurant. Rooms are air conditioned and spacious. Easily accessible and just a short drive from the center of Nocoya.
