There are loads of great looking cabinas on the road between Puero Viejo and Manzanillo but if you want the convenience of staying in town this is the best option while still feeling like you are out in the jungle. Rooms are moderately priced, spacious and clean with great verandas with chairs and hamocks. Rate includes complimentary coffee and wifi.... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2012, with our 1 year old son. It's not particularly cheap, but they do discounts for cash and it comes with an amazing pool, and heaps of wildlife which our son loved (crabs, birds, frogs, squirrels, geckos). Also has free coffee and wifi and daily maid service. Our room had a great... More

stayed with my spouse on our last two nights in Costa Rica, we needed a place to air out our hiking gear and do some laundry. This place worked was just what we needed- for the moderate price. Nice spacious rooms and outdoor veranda for hanging all our swimwear and towels. Good location to walk for late night, and very... More

We stayed in the cheapest room they had and it was actually better than I expected it to be. The rooms were spacious enough and clean and in a safe location. There was a hammock on the porch and a line to hang up laundry which I appreciated. The bathroom was shared but I never had to wait to use... More

We only stayed here on night and although we enjoyed it, the hotel lacks the charm that warrants the price. We had a private cabin with a private bath which was clean and quiet. The grounds are clean and well maintained with a pool and other nice amenities. The staff is helpful although they lack the usual Costa Rican level... More

Nice clean rooms, friendly & helpful staff. Well kept property with pool. Puerto Viejo is a small village, everything was within a block or two, restaurants, bars, clubs & beach. Sweet spot for a decent price.

The rooms are nice but not as private as I would have liked....they are in a row separated by dividers, you can`t see the other person but you can hear them... I did notice they had a few individual more private bungalows though..Now to the good stuff...Great big pool, hot tub is not really a hot tub, same temp as... More

I love this place! It's off the beaten path, away from the noise of "downtown" Puerto Viejo. Very quiet and peaceful. The employees are very friendly, even to the point of taking a broom after a little poisonous frog near my door. WiFi was available in the open-air common area, which is necessary for me when I travel. Very nice... More

We've stayed here three times and would go back again although it isnt our favorite. The grounds are nice, the place is always clean, the staff are friendly and the common free coffee/internet area are spacious and enjoyable. If you are looking for a semi budget option with a pool this is a good choice. I would recommend checking out... More
