With the excuse that the booking was not clear, they charged almost double. They steal to the customers because the other customers were also charged with minor charges. What a pity! Such a nice country with so lovely people but you can find bad people everywhere. I hope that, someday, police catch them. My advice: DO NOT GO !!! More

I do not know how anybody can speak well of this resort. The appearance is nice (as the rest of resorts around) but I pretended to have an extracharge to be billed in advance. The other few guests in the resort shared the same disgusting experience. At your risk if you dare to go !!! More

The location and layout of the resort are great ... deep in the coastal rainforest. However, the rooms are very basic with no amentities to speak of. The food is good but lacks variety. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The best thing is hearing the Howler Monkeys early in the morning or in the late afternoon. More
