I will say that the customer service was absolutely excellent. The staff was VERY friendly, helpful and flexible. They even showed concern for safety (i.e. don't let non-guests go to your door, they must come get you themselves), hence two stars. The location of the Babaloo Inn is great- within walking distance to the bus stop that can take you to Manuel Antonio National Park and the beaches.
