My party of four booked a 3 bedroom luxury condominium for a seven night stay in May. Hours before we arrived we were told that there was a problem with the condo that would disrupt our plans. HOWEVER, Mike at Land's End made it right by giving us two large suites next door to one another and giving us a... More

Land's End Hotel on the Homer spit has condos for rent that are really nice and have big window with an incredible view. You can walk out the door right onto the beach. Great for a small group or three couples. Take consumables like coffee filters and whatever food you don't want to go out for. More

We stayed in the hotel, not the condos and were very happy with our accommodations. We had a seaside view and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located at the end of The Spit, which is where the harbor is. There are lots of bars, restaurants, and gift shops all within walking distance of the hotel. Its much... More

I booked a Port Bay (Beachfront) Double/Twin/Murphy room at Land's End. I was told the Murphy bed was for a length of 5'4" (Child's Murphy) being short I thought that would work and each of us would have a bed. Lo and Behold the Child's Murphy was about 3 feet off the ground and very narrow with no ladder or... More

We stayed in one of the apartments which had a refrigerator and microwave and wireless internet. The only issue is the beautiful view is partially blocked by a stair (knew this when I booked it.) This year we are going back and opting for a full view. The bar has the best lemon drop martini I have ever had! I... More

Stayed here last summer as part of a 2500 mile driving trip through Alaska with our kids. There appeared to be very few options in Homer. This hotel has a great view of the water where we saw otters and eagles flying overhead. We particularly enjoyed the view from the restaurant where we had a nice dinner. However, the property... Stayed at the Land's End Summer of '08 with a friend and plan to return this year with my husband. The location is spectacular facing the bay with a backdrop of mountains. The staff were very friendly & helped us arrange a quick trip by boat to Halibut Cove for dinner. The rooms were just fine, clean & well appointed... More

We spent 4 nights in a 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse and it was fabulous. We stayed in an upper portion of the townhouse which had a flight of stairs at the entrance, the first floor had a bedroom, living and kitchen and the upstairs had 2 bedrooms and a washer/drier. The floor heat was great, the views were awesome... More

Land's End is a nice, quiet and cozy hotel. Pretty good scenery. Hotel is a lil bit old and could use some remodeling. I suggest anything from $60 to $80 is a fair price to stay here. More

We spent a long weekend at the resort which was not long enough of course. The room was in the hotel. A large studio with a mini frig, very comfortable king bed, nicely decorated and a great view of the bay and glaciers. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. A very relaxing weekend which I would... More
