Terrible customer service, the one woman who was there majority of time was no help at all.. seemed as though I was just a hassle/burden to her. Rooms are small and extremely NOISY if you have other guests beside or above you. Also the cleanliness was poor, found several hairs throughout room when first checked-in. Just an overall bad experience More

They have a wonderful salad bar and the burgers are huge and tasty. Rooms are quiet and affordable and there is always fresh hot coffee day or night. NICE LITTLE LAUNDRY ON SITE ALSO. I STAYED FOR 3 WEEKS. SHEILA HIGGINS More

Very disappointed. Hotel smelled like bleach; our view was a rick retaining wall about three feet away. Give yourself an additional hour and find a place once you arrive. Many very good options with great views More

Stayed here as very close to float planes service we took. Stayed 2-nites. Basic accomodations which works if not staying in room much. A little pricey, but then they have a short tourist season so that was to be expected. Bar is small but the did have Black Butte Porter on tap (great!!). Breakfast very disappointing with cerial, oatmeal, bread... More

The room itself (2nd floor) was clean, spacious, had a comfortable bed. The staff was very nice. The price was reasonable. Unfortunately, the other reviews are correct. There is absolutely no soundproofing in the walls. So, if they are talking in the next room, you can hear EVERY word and it sounds like they're right next to your bed. This... More

The property is very close to the Split and is conveniently located. The decor is clearly updated and the rooms are quite small but clean. More

The Beluga Lake Lodge is a comfortable, affordable place to stay in a gorgeous little town. We had a modest first floor room on the uphill side of the hotel, so our window was at ground level looking out at the parking lot. As others have noted, the first floor rooms are small. Ours was a little musty on arrival,... More

On short notice a hotel was required they were polite and eager to provide competitive rates. The wireless was sufficient speed and free. The location of the hotel is right at the end of the spit but on the mainland. The hotel is older. The breakfast is pretty lean on selection but there is a McDonalds across the street and... More

The location is convenient but in no way makes up for the rest of the experience. Management was less than helpful. In fact when I suspected a light was out in my room management was put off that I would not change my own light bulb. My travel companion did not received their wake up call and if it were... More

Management was absolutely unprofessional. Rooms are UNSAFE with wires hanging out of the heaters that didn't work. Connecting doors between rooms left unlocked even when we complained...strangers came into our room at night twice! Every review I read says they are remodeling and they have been saying that for over 2 years. The rooms were dispicable, no emergency contacts for... More

I am sorry this guest had a bad experience here. WE are in process of upgrading and remodeling the property. As everyone knows it takes money to get things done. The economy has made us slow down a bit with things. We are in process of putting in a new heating system. That is why the heaters look the way... More
