The room was great, minus the lack of air conditioning on some of the very few hot days Juneau has; we had to leave our windows open and it super noisy. The staff was great and the place was clean. I would stay again. More

Room service had failed to restock bathroom amenities as well as running the dishwasher. I found it filled with dirty dishes with no clean utensils left in the kitchen. It took room service 20 minutes to deliver a new set of utensils. Friendly staff, but poor attention to detail. More
