We stayed 3 nights with Forest at her home in Soldatna, and she was a great hostess - moose sausage, home made waffles, and a lot of privacy. She was sos helpful in finding the activities we wanted in town, and we felt very cared for. And fresh blueberries - in Alaska - so nice!

We found Rivers Edge to be absolutely delightful - Forrest was a wonderful , informative host who kept up supplied with delicious home baking.
The location is as it says , right on the Rivers Edge at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac ; and yet we found it central for exploring the Soldotna / Kenai area.
