Arriving in March to find a fire blazing in the lobby fireplace was a bit of a surprise after the heat of Hanoi! We were so pleased with our stay here. There are cheaper places closer to town but I think they are probably very noisy. We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. We had a huge family room with a king and 3 singles. We had a verandah that looked over the town and lake with the mountains in the background.
