Mini suite makes this hotel room good value for the price. Conveniently located in Gilbert closed to shopping area and restaurants. Nice seating living room area, puffy pillows and duvet! I recommend this hotel for either personal or business.

Super clean, spacious, comfortable room. Feels homey with couch sitting area separate from bed and bathroom area. Brand new, big screen HD TV. Great for business or family/vacation travel. Wish my house looked and felt this nice!

My wife and I used two free Hyatt nights at the Hyatt Place in Gilbert. Hyatts marketing positions this hotel between a Hampton Inn and a Hilton Garden Inn. Started a family vacation with 2 nights at this hotel. Very helpful staff, nice room, good facilities for breakfast in morning. Location is a little under developed, but it was close to small mall with many good restaurant choices. I would recommend it to others as a good, quiet place to stay with family.

The Hyatt Place was terrific for two tired travelers who arrived late, of course, after getting lost even though the Mesa airport was just minutes away.
