Very rude desk personnel. Refused to accept our cancellation before 5pm day of arrival. Did not meet their policy. Marked us as "no show" and charged our credit card $98.82. Will never stay with Best Western again.

Room was very clean and probably newly furnished and curtained etc. Since we don't like air conditioning we opened the front windows and bathroom window and got a good cross current to overcome the cleaning fumes. Chose this hotel because it was close to the Petrified Forest. Our room was clean and large with a small bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
There is a Denny's Restaurant in the hotel parking lot, so that was convenient.
A basic breakfast was included in the price. There was a computer near the lobby for guests. Nothing special about this...

My family was traveling to Las Vegas and got stuck in Holbrook due to an interstate 40 closure. The hotel charged twice the advertised rate! Not very ethical would you say? The hotel was clean but very old and outdated. The breakfast was is a room much to small and was not very good. I would not ever stay again.
