Returned to the NH again this year (March 13) and found it again just as it suits us. Wonderful staff and superb breakfasts. The rooms in the main building (around the pool) are excellent even though the bathrooms could do with a small spruce up. New General Manager in place and he is very keen to make improvements. Second time staying here. Clean, neat and very friendly staff. Breakfast nice but getting boring after the 3rd morning being the same. Big, clean rooms, were lucky to have wi fi in room. Found the shower a bit difficult. Nicely situated outside town but not too far.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Unfortunate about the weather but still managed to have a good long weekend. Nice to be away from the centre of town for quiet comfort. Close to everything in and around Plett and easy access on the N2.

Both my wife and I had a backache from the shoddy bed, dirty room, hairdryer didn't work, wireless did not work, and the layout of the room was horrible. We paid for two nights through a discount program and left after one night and went somewhere else, it was not worth the money to be miserable.

Terrific welcome. A clean, well appointed room and in an expensive area, a real value for money beacon. Staff could not have been more helpful. Note hotel is further down N2 than Google suggests, but well signposted when it does arrive. Recommended.

We stayed here recently and were overwhelmingly disappointed with it. There was a loft hatch in the bathroom where clear daylight could be seen through it, the door leading to the balcony would not lock and there was a gap between the door and the frame where again daylight could be seen through it. We were surprised when we saw our room: a ladies suite right at the pool. A central room with television, one bedroom and two bathrooms! Very clean and spacious suite! Nice little swimming pool with some sunbeds. Clean towels at the pool!
