When we booked this from UK it is always difficult when you know nothing about the place. We hit the jackpot, the whole experience was just wonderful, the owners, helpful and nice, we would recommend this B & B as a must!

We really enjoyed our time. Having a sea view room with balcony it was wonderful to enjoy a glass of wine between our day trips and going out for dinner. We got lots of great ideas for trips and activities and excellent dinner suggestions and reservations. If back to Plettenberg Bay we would stay in Thanda Vista again. No doubt.

We found the Thanda Vista to be very welcoming and comfortable. Althougho ur bedroom was quite small it was comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent with a lovely view overlooking the bay. We enjoyed our interesting chats with JP and Petro, the very friendly owners.

JP the host made us feel extremely welcome and at home. He helped us to book 2 excellent restaurants, the Lemon Grass just down the road is definitely worth a visit. Excellent breakfast overlooking the view of the bay. Rooms were well equipped with balconies and towels were provided for use on the beach.

Comfortable B & B (and more). Seven themed rooms were comfortable. Warm welcome from owners that continued for the three night stay. Great breakfast, served with great thought and care. One of the most best hosts I have come across. The place is clean. Rooms are mid-sized but comfortable. Small details have been taken care of. The old couple running the place were very gracious. During the (hearty) breakfast one can really feel the warmth, they put in a lot of effort themselves. I highly recommend the place!

We had a superb 3 day stay at this delightful B and B. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful and their knowledge of restaurants and sites to see were second to none. The large room (Daisy) was beautifully well presented with a garden view. The breakfast was taken on the first floor with wide vistas to the bay/beach area.... More

We had an enjoyable stay with a beautiful view . The breakfast , friendliness and guidance around what's on in Plet was excellent . Thanda Vista is close to restaurants and tourist attractions , easy to find and use as base .Thanks a lot. Cornie & Susan
