I Booked two nights thinking there would be lots to do in Monument Valley. This was a mistake as it is a two hour drive-by unless you are particularly interested in Navajo culture. Thus there is no need to stay in this hotel. The reception service is officious and unfriendly. It is very expensive for a basic motel. The rooms... More

This is quite a nice, modern hotel for this area. It was about 20 minutes from the main Monument Valley sights. The rooms were very nice and modern. A fantastic pool. It was a very nice surprise! Very spacious place. A great, great place to use as a base for Monument Valley. The staff weren't unfriendly, but not friendly either.... More

This hotel is well-appointed, clean and comfortable, in fact a pleasant surprise. There is a restaurant on-site, but a bit pricey. Believe the Inn was a Holiday Inn in a previous guise. We used the hotel as a base for a Monument Valley Navajo tour of the tribal park - very interesting, and about 20 miles from the hotel.

We stayed here for 1 night as part of a tour with a group. There were quiet a few problems with our room. It was very cold so we put the heating / air conditioning on. It was so noisy we could never have slept with it on & the heating didn't work. Our Door had to be slammed to close... More

We stayed one night on our way to the Monument Valley. Kayenta itself is basically a crossroad and not really a city but very well located for the trip. The hotel is at one corner of said crossroad and has a nice view of the mesa. Room was big and we had access to laundry facilities and free wifi. It... More

We stayed here to avoid extremely high prices at Monument Valley. Even so, the hotel was the most costly of our trip and was one of poorest accommodations. The rooms were OK but dated. The bathroom was tiny. The room was dark-even with all the light on it was just too dark. There is no complimentary breakfast because they have... More

A great little motel, with a distinctive rustic decor that suits the nearby desert colours. Slightly more expensive than other hotels on our Arizona trip, but worth it. A large room was welcome, as was having a restaurant at which we enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast. food was straightforward (kids had spaghetti bolognese, I had Lasagne and wife had... More

We only stayed here for one night. The person at the reception was not very friendly. It was the most expensive hotel of our entire trip and although the rooms are very nice and big with a nice view, it was not entirely worth the price. But there are not many other options in the neighborhood. The beds were very... More

Room was clean and comfortable, common failure with a lot of the US hotels we stayed at in that the plug in the wash basin didnt work so you just had to keep the water running. Staff were mainly Navajo Indian , efficient and polite but lacked a smile. Hotel alcohol free , tried the non alcoholic red wine ,... More
