We stayed at the Misty Mountain Reserve whist walking the Dolphin Trail. The Reserve is in a beautiful, peaceful location. We were greeted warmly on arrival and given complimentary drinks before being shown to our well appointed rooms. Dinner and breakfast were well cooked.

Unfortunately this did not live up to our expectations. The reason I chose it was for the private spa bath in own chalet, ours however was faulty and leaked all over the floor when we tried to use it. Booked the honeymoon suite but there were not even wine glasses on offer never mind champagne!!

Stayed for 5 nights over Christmas period. It is a lovely place, peaceful and quiet and the log cabins with the luxurious SPA baths are fantastic after a long day of walking/ biking/ swimming. We walked the Dolphine trail, and Misty Mountain was part of the package, and it was a wonderful choice. The view is spectacular from everywhere in the lodge. We visited the lodge for our anniversary, we requested the honeymoon suit. The cabins are neat and clean. The bath was nicely decorated with rose pedals and a bottle bubbly in the fridge.
