We found this place on the internet and we are definitely not sorry for making Aquanzi lodge our choice. Very clean and private chalets, beautifully decorated. Staff are very helpful thank you Sylvia, your smile and wonderful attitude meant a lot.The road into the lodge is bad, but once inside comfort takes over. Breakfast is not your usual continental breakfast... More

We found this little gem on the internet, and what a great choice it was! From the warm welcome we got to the beautiful chalet we stayed in everything was great! Special mention must be made to the friendly staff. The location is ideal, as there is none of the noise - it doesn't even feel like you are in... More

My husband and I stayed here for a week in June whilst he was on business. We stayed in one of the chalets which was beautifully decorated and very well equipped and scrupulously clean. The staff are all extremely polite and friendly but particular mention must go to Barbara, the chef/waitress at breakfast. We looked forward to breakfast every morning,... More

It is unfortunately that you only see your side of the story Mr. Hely. Your company booked a self catering, self contained chalet = all consumables are on the occupants account. Price was a big issue for your company. Days before your check out, we were still waiting for payment for your accommodation, which is normally due in advance, before... More

We never actually managed to stay at Aquani Lodge. We contacted them to make a reservation for June 2010 and got a respone offering us accomodation with an unsolicited 20% discount. This was of course a great offer so we emailed back to go ahead with the booking and arrange to pay the deposit. To my surprise they claimed they... More

We are saddened that we didn't get the opportunity to welcome you to Aquanzi Lodge. At the time of your quotation, we were running a special for a 20% discount when booking 2 nights or more, which specifically excluded the World Cup period. Unfortunately our intern failed to exclude this on your quote for the World Cup. It is sad... More
