Hubby and I spent a night at Rainfarm as a birthday treat for him. We had bought a discount voucher which made it extremely affordable, however we'd be quite happy to do a return visit at "normal" rates. The weather was a little dismal when we arrived, and I jokingly said that we'd ordered sunshine and please to sort it... More

My friend Suzie and I needed a break from the world....wow..we got more!!! Tamme and Leonie were perfect hosts, caring, cheerful and welcoming. Our game drive with Unuti was informative, fun, lovely sense of humour. Food...every mouthful was a fusion of flavours, every ingredient was tasted and enjoyed. Cooked perfectly, hot and beautifully presented. Portions very generous. Our tent No... More

We got married here last year! We brought with us quite a few English guests and tool up different types of accommodation including the houses and tents and honeymoon suite! All accommodation was immaculate, clean and exactly what you needed! The staff are so extremely friendly, the restaurant and bar staff in particular, in fact we wish we could have... More

We had the most divine weekend at Rain Farm, the staff could not be more friendly and accommodating and even though we have a noisy and busy two year old, they were more than helpful and kind. The food is absolutely excellent and very reasonably priced. The accommodation is luxurious and has the most beautiful views. We will definately be... More

I was looking for a spoil : beautiful accommodation, beautiful scenery and good food. And that's exactly what I got. This was a gorgeous retreat from Durban for one night - would have loved another night. Very short drive, but feels like you're far out. Their hospitality is incredible. Great service, and friendly, attentive staff. Wasn't that impressed with the... More

We recently spent 1 night at Rain Farm as a little anniversary getaway. It's ideally located not far from Ballito. It doesn't look like much when you first see it/ drive in, but it truly is a hidden little gem. We stayed in a luxury tented camp. The accommodation was of a higher standard than what I have experienced at... More

We were invited to a wedding at Rain Farm Game and Lodge, and what a spectacular setting to get married! Not far from Durban, and just in coast from Balito it is nice to have a place like this not far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Although Rain Farm does not have the ‘Big 5’ it still... More
