Really? Who does this to their guests? Taking a nice dip in the pool was what I was looking forward to after a long drive. With no warning whatsoever, my son and I were not allowed entry to the pool area as there was a private function. Thanks three cities! You disappoint, again!

Nice hotel for a business trip or if you want to be close to the airport. Holiday destination if you want to be in Umhlanga.....NO. It is far from the beach, has no see views, situated in a Business Park, no restaurants in walking distance. An excellent restaurant in the hotel, food and value was brilliant.
