Wonderful hotel, staying a night here is a really lovely experience. Catching sunrise from the bedroom balcony and doing some exercise on the outside spinning bikes in the morning just topped off our stay at this first class hotel. Staff were faultless.

Just spent two nights at the Beverly Hills Hotel...had to drive 8 hours to get there on Friday and I hours home today! Overall absolutely fantastic experience. Loved services at your pool! And the fabulous breakfast. Small details left out with room service, i.e. replacing bathroom candle, replenishing coffee/tea stock.

Went to the Beverley Hills Hotel and ordered the high tea menu with three other guests.
While the food, drinks, atmosphere was lovely and while the waiters were all very friendly, the service was VERY slow and they got the order wrong.

Friendly excellant hotel, staff were great. Only 1 hiccup, we were overlooked at breakfast on the terrace for a while, they were busy, but otherwise great, would definately stay again.

The hotel from the outside seems dated and in need of a paint (I suppose this is expected from a sea facing hotel).
The staff from the moment I opened my car door were friendly, polite and helpful. Had a bottle of champagne, fresh strawberries (I mean really fresh) and a platter of fruit delivered to my room 10 minutes...
