Stayed one night in this hotel and loved it. Everything from the stunning decor to the really nice breakfast buffet pleased us. We had a nice room with excellent views in two directions, comfortable beds, slippers, gowns and plenty of toiletries. The service all round was good and we will most definitely stay here again.

This was a lovely hotel with contemporary decorations, and a great location right near the harbor. It gets confused with a sister hotel, so try to be clear with the Cab drivers. The breakfast was excellent, both buffet and ordering and the view from it was also lovely of table top mountain. This is not a full service hotel, so... More

Superb hotel, a very warm welcoming and very trendy lobby. I liked it very much. Unfortunately, I was only spending two nights at the Queen Victoria. Breakfast was outstanding, the service was very professional and the room was very clean. Just a very small issue, their WiFi does not work everywhere in the hotel (well, that was what I experienced).... More

Excellent hotel, superb service, excellent quality professional staff, security is great, awesome breakfast and the view of the Table Mountain! I just wish that they had a more convenient spa services. .. I was not able to get in... Would stay again regardless!

We spent 6 days at the Queen Vic in April 2012. Our group of 4 adults loved it. The breakfast was outstanding and the dinners were also excellent. The dining staff was just a bit disorganized but so friendly and full of happiness that we didn’t mind. We also found the wine list to be excellent and found a gem... More

We had a wonderful stay at The Queen Victoria. The bedrooms were very spacious, designs were modern and the hotel looked very new. The location was excellent and a stone's throw away from the Victoria and Alfred harbour where many good restaurants and the mall reside. The bus stop for the blue and red buses which takes you to most... More

We arrived to check in at the V&A hotel, which is what we'd booked for 3 nights (from an overnight flight from heathrow), but were told that we and our two friends travelling with us had been upgraded to their sister hotel, the Queen Victoria just across the road - a "boutique" hotel just 1 year old with approx. 34... What a pleasure to have stayed for 2 nights at this wonderful and ideally located hotel in April 2012. It offers excellent service from the doorman (Sign), reception desk staff (Bernhardt and Ricardo) to the bar stewards and table waiters (Daniella). Evryone was so helpful and engaging we felt like we were speaking with old friends. They did whatever they... More

We arrived from the UK at about 9am, following an overnight flight, and were disorientated to say the least. The hotel had told us that they would try and let us have our room early if possible, and luckily our room was immediately available. We were on the ground floor, and the room had a small patio, with seating in... More

We were staying at the Dock House - a sister hotel across a courtyard. Although breakfast was available there, nosiness led us to try breakfast at the Queen Victoria. Well it was great! We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet and the cooked dishes. The staff were unfailingly polite and friendly. Having seen how good the breakfasts were, we began to have... More
