What an awesome and inexpensive place to stay. Very clean and spacious and within walking distance to everything. De Waterkant provides excellent service and I was blown away by the friendliness of everyone. We were shown where to park and taken to our rooms. First time stay but will make De Waterkant my accommodation base when in Cape Town again.

Nice enough large room, number 7, but unfortunately no fan or air conditioning so quite hot. The Internet does not work unless you are within a 1 metre radius of the lobby.
