One of the best options to live in cape town if your budget does not allow the super expensive hotels on V&A habour front. Apartments are well appointed and clean. Yes we can classify the master bedroom as 5 star. All amenities up to date . Waterfront is a 500 meter walk and the entire stretch absolutely safe and secure.... More

Just back from a trip to Cape Town where we stayed in Penrith 202 at the Waterfront Village for eight nights. Booking through Valencia proved easy and the location was excellent. We were two couples traveling together and the twin bedroom/twin bathroom provided a very cost effective, comfortable and livable alternative to two basic hotel rooms in the same area.... More

I chose stay at this complex because it was situated in very nice area and it looked awsome on the internet. There was some issues during my stay concerning maitenance. Like lights at Ketchen were not working and it took them 2 days to fix it up. The other issue was was the patio that facing the canal one ofr... More

I recently stayed in the room Bannockburn 102 in the Waterfront Village. The room is very tastefully decorated and very clean and tidy with high quality appliances -i.e. very good and clean washing machine and dryer. The room has a large patio with a very good view of the canal and is located in a quiet area of the marina... More

We received a Mother City deal for this last night in Cape Town. We's been traveling around the Winelands area and finished with the Winelands travels with a stay in an affiliate property in Hermanus on the coast. The staff at the Hermanus Harbour House asked where we were headed next and we said only one more night before an... More

My first review on this place said it was awesome. It really was. But... Then we went for a second time one week later, and this time, the apartment -a different one- had all sorts of problems. Among other: air conditioning only in the master bedroom, bad maintenance, broken appliances and curtains, run-down furniture, etc. What the heck had happened... More

In short, there have beautiful infrastructure BUT appalling service...lots of talk by the staff and less action. It is a beutiful and perfect place for families but be careful of the room you get allocated. It is walking and easy distance to the V and A Waterfront

Stayed here with a family group in two apartments. better than a hotel as you have so many places to eat at in the V and A. but also shops if you want to cater for yourselves. Service and staff brilliant and because of the security kids could wonder about themselves.Never tired of wondering about the V and A. I... More

Great location - walk to the Waterfront and centrally located for driving anywhere. Fantastic views. Much better than a hotel as you have more space, a high-level kitchen and a lot more luxuries.
