In short, there have beautiful infrastructure BUT appalling service...lots of talk by the staff and less action. It is a beutiful and perfect place for families but be careful of the room you get allocated. It is walking and easy distance to the V and A Waterfront

Great location - walk to the Waterfront and centrally located for driving anywhere. Fantastic views. Much better than a hotel as you have more space, a high-level kitchen and a lot more luxuries.
